Lotissement Moorea

Between the lagoon and the lush mountains of Moorea, this residential project is composed of about 20 units arranged around a central outdoor space, featuring a natural swimming pool. The architectural design follows bioclimatic principles and takes all of the site's particularities into account. The earthwork is reduced to a minimum in an effort to diminish environmental impact. The roomy and generous architecture is paired with natural materials and the desire to increase breathability and comfort throughout the project.
