French Polynesia Energy Regulation (REBPf)
The French Polynesian Energy Regulation (Réglementation Energétique des Bâtiments de Polynésie française) aims to create and implement new energy regulations for buildings country-wide. Our role consists in working together with the country's 'Department for Energy' (Service des Energies) in order to prepare all the groundwork to conceive and implement the regulation; which includes technical, political and legal aspects. We are are also in charge of organizing meetings between all the public and private entities that will be impacted by the new energy regulation. Climate, construction practices and cultural elements are essential in this project.

Moorea High School
First "Lycée d'enseignement général" (public high school proposing general education) on the island of Moorea, this project is pioneering environmental architecture, eco-construction and durability in French Polynesia. A3 Administrative Building
Latest addition to the governmental buildings in Tahiti, the 'Bâtiment Administratif A3' aims to regroup several Polynesian administrative services into one large building of a surface over 14 500 m2. Our mission consists in controlling all environmental aspects of the project, from building design to completion of construction. We focus on energy consumption reduction as well as reducing operating costs.

Bâtiment de Recherche UPF
The UPF Research Center is an addition to the French Polynesian University campus. Our works management assistance mission aims to make the building entirely energy-autonomous (solar energy) as well as to drastically reduce energy consumption. This building is a pilot project in the context of the country's environmental policy. It will be studied by university researchers in the field of Energy and Construction.

Ecole 2+2=4
Currently in the design phase, the renovation of the 2+2=4 elementary school in Puna'auia will allow a substantial reduction of maintenance costs, as well as a reduction of energy consumption. The architectural design will favor natural ventilation in order to maximize comfort for students and staff.

Tahiti Airport Administrative Building
The relocation of the National Civil Aviation (SEAC-PF) administrative services aims to create a new office space in the Tahiti-Faa'a airport area. Our mission consists in the monitoring of the design process as well as the construction of this project within an approach of High Environmental Quality (HEQ) standards. Operating and maintenance costs are as well as durability are at the heart of our concerns.

Wooden Housing Prototype (DHV)
Driven by the local government body in charge of housing and city planning in French Polynesia (the 'Délégation à l'Habitat et à la Ville'), this project aims to promote wooden construction in the country. Our mission consists in technical assistance to the public administration in the context of an ambitious program promoting wooden construction in Polynesia, as well as the creation of strategic partnerships.

FAREco Guide
Lead by the ADEME and the Vice-Presidence, this project aimed to adapt a guide for ecological construction to the French Polynesian context. The main objective of this guide is the reduction of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. It compiles eco-construction tips and knowledge on environmental design. Our mission consisted in breaking down the FAREco guide into 3 volumes for hotels, schools and offices. These new guides also give other environmental tips such as water management, waste management, operations management, maintenance and acoustics.
